Shipping
We ship all Ebay products on Tuesdays and Saturdays. All products are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We DO NOT over-charge on shipping prices. We include actual shipping, packaging costs, and handling (labor) cost into the total shipping price.
Returns/Refunds
Our goal is to give you exactly what you pay for. If you are at all unsatisfied with the product that you purchased, please contact us to work out the problem first, before leaving negative feedback or contacting Ebay. Together, both parties should be able to come up with a solution to the problem.
All items are tested and checked before being put up for auction. All relevant information about that item will be included in the item description on the auction page. We WILL NOT offer refunds unless we cannot replace the item first. After money is exchanged, we will strive to replace the item
before returing any money. If insurance is offered on an item, we will of course be bond by the rules of the insurance and refund or replace your item as needed.
Payments
Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. If payment is not made within 7 days, the item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be given. If a problem occurs that prevents you from making the payment within 7 days you must contact us within the first 5 days after the end of the
auction. We will not leave negative feedback if this is done. We also may extend the pay period, depending on the situation.
Contact
Contact must be made within 3 days of auction end. If contact is not made within 3 days, the item will be re-listed and negative feedback witll be given. We must have good communication with all buyers to ensure that the transaction will go as smoothly as possible. Most problems can be solved quickly if we are
made aware of the situation as soon as possible. You can use the Ebay website, our contact page, or our Helpdesk to get in touch with us.
